About Judy

My roots in Williamson County go deep. I am a 7th generation Williamson County resident, married to Joey Herbert, and I have three children. My present occupation is farming, raising beef cattle, and growing hydroponic tomatoes (Flat Creek Produce). Before focusing on agriculture, I worked for 22 years as the Program Manager at Child Support Services for the 21st District, which was ranked as one of the top Child Support offices in Tennessee during my time as manager, demonstrating my business ability. My father, Clyde Lynch, was a fiscally conservative county commissioner for over 37 years and instilled a strong work ethic in me, while also educating me on the county budget and policies.
